IPC acquired this 121-room extended stay hotel property (formerly Value Place) directly adjacent to Graceland in Memphis, TN in February 2014. IPC has since rebranded the hotel as Inland Suites, then implemented a full PIP while also managing assets and operations. Inland Suites Lamar is in Memphis, Tennessee, just a 5-minute drive from the Memphis International Airport.
