Inland Pacific was founded in 1994 by Leonard and Timothy O’Byrne to develop commercial projects, primarily focusing on hotels, theaters and condominiums. Leonard O’Byrne began his career in 1968 as attorney specializing in business and real estate law. He was in the development business since 1977, developing on his own and with others, condominiums, sub-divisions, beachfront properties, commercial centers, theaters and hotels. Timothy O’Byrne took a similar path, graduating from law school in 1991 and practicing business and real estate law until 1994 when he left the practice of law to focus exclusively on developing projects for Inland Pacific.

Tim O’Byrne - President and CEO

Tim graduated with honors in 1986 from Colorado State University with a B.S. in Finance/Real Estate where he was on a football scholarship. After a brief tryout stint with the NFL Cardinals, he graduated in 1991 from Law School at the University of Oregon where he earned the distinguished Order of the Coif and Dean’s Medal. Tim is a member of both the Oregon and Colorado State Bar Associations. He enjoys heli-snowboarding with friends, traveling with family, and sporting events with his two grown sons.

Tracy Kobold - Vice President

Tracy has worked side-by-side with Tim since 2000. With a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder in Accounting, her background drives the fiscal success of the company. Tracy’s loyalty and leadership enhances the camaraderie, professionalism and accuracy of our team. Having lived in Colorado all of her life, she enjoys spending time reading, cheering her favorite Colorado sports teams, and taking nature walks with her boyfriend of five years and their two miniature Dachshunds.

Heidi Bergos - Director, Sales & Marketing

If you are interested in buying one of our condo-hotel suites, or one of our residences at Myananda, Heidi is the person to talk to. She has worked with Tim for almost ten years, most recently as the Pre-Opening Director of Sales for The Westin Westminster. Prior to her twelve years of service to Westin Hotels & Resorts, she worked for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts in Atlanta, Chicago, and Denver. Heidi spent her childhood all over the world as her Mother is a retired officer for the Central Intelligence Agency. Heidi spends most of her leisure time with her favorite person, her 12-year old daughter, Jamie.

Susan Stiff - Director of Public Relations

With 12+ years of media experience, Susan’s relationships have added in the success of all of Inland Pacific’s developments. Susan’s community connections go beyond respected relationships with Colorado media. She serves as co-chair of the Youth Education Committee for Central City Opera Guild, as well as serves as administrative vice president for that organization. She is a board member for the Denver Center for the Performing Arts Alliance; a member of Cancer League of Colorado; serves on the Marketing Advisory Committee of the Denver Metro CVB, a sustaining member of Junior League Denver, a member of the Denver Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution and a member of the Denver Social Register. Susan, a 30-year Colorado resident, is a Kansas State University graduate with a degree in Clothing/Retailing and Radio/TV.

Jenni Neumann - Assistant to the Vice President

Jenni is also a Colorado native. Jenni’s role on our team is absolutely essential. She effortlessly manages the daily functions of the office by keeping open lines of communication and providing administrative support that is unparalleled. After just a few minutes in the office anyone can see that it would crumble without her. Jenni is a dedicated mother of two adorable children. She and her fiancee enjoy spending time with their many friends and family in the area.
